02 Scope of this policy

This policy applies to www.digestiq.in — the corporate and informational website of DigestIQ Life Sciences. It does not cover any separate consumer-facing storefront, including the gutHERO direct-to-consumer brand, which (when launched) will publish its own policies appropriate to e-commerce activity.

This website is currently informational. It does not sell products, process payments, host user accounts, or provide medical advice.

Information you voluntarily provide

If you choose to email us (for example via the info@digestiq.in link on this site), we will receive whatever information you choose to include — typically your name, your email address, your organisation, and the content of your message. We do not currently operate a contact form on this website.

• Our domain registrar — for the registration and renewal of digestiq.in

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy and security commitments. We do not authorise them to use information about our visitors for purposes unrelated to providing the service we have engaged them for.

We may also disclose information when required to do so by applicable law, court order, or other lawful request from a competent authority.

Email correspondence is typically retained while it remains relevant for our legitimate business or legal-record purposes.
